- “Company” refers to Aditya Packers and Movers.
- A “quotation” or “estimate” is a no-obligation contract between the company and the customer that includes mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- The term “Customer” refers to the individual who contracts with the Company to supply the Services, regardless of whether he owns the Goods or Fixtures.
- “Goods” means the thing or things for which Relocation Services are to be provided, but excluding coins, cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, national saving certificates, premium bonds, travel tickets, passport, securities, manuscripts or documents of any description, jewellery, perishable goods, hazardous materials such as crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinders, battery acids, flammable oils such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene.
- Regarding Handyman Services: The firm does not assume responsibility for the dismantling or reassembling of particle board furniture, customized furniture, or air conditioners. Customers are recommended to schedule Handyman Services for all such items ahead of time.
- For car relocation: (a) A copy of all essential papers in the transferee’s name or consent from the firm to relocate under a different name must be supplied. (b) Vehicles must have around 10-15 liters of gasoline to drive onto and off the loading and unloading site. c) Two-wheelers: Please thoroughly empty the gasoline tank / oil to prevent spills / leaks during shipment.
- The Services are given during the Company’s regular business hours, which are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, except public holidays. Call 09011200046 for 24-hour packers and movers services in Pune.
- Any quote or moving estimate supplied by the Company to offer the Services shall be available for acceptance for 15 days following submission before being considered withdrawn.
- Once accepted, the quote and all of its provisions are legally binding. To the exclusion of the Customer, the Company shall select how the Services will be supplied, and may change its decision from time to time by mutual consent only, and may be charged accordingly.
- If the buyer cancels the contract, the confirmation deposit or advance will be forfeited and not returned.
- The Customer shall ensure that proper access to all relevant premises is provided for the delivery of the Services. If the acres are too narrow for vehicle or human movement, extra expenses must be paid to complete the delivery arrangement, or the client may make their own arrangement.
- While providing relocation services, the firm excludes: i) split pickup/multiple pickup and/or delivery. ii) Plant removals or crating of any item that is not listed in the corresponding quote iii) Long carry, society/elevator costs, and parking fees. iv) Vehicle detention, if any v) Transit storage and any force majeure circumstance. vi) any government taxes, Octroi, Mathadi, Toll, Entry Tax, or Labor Union Charges in any state, if applicable. vii) pickup or delivery via steps above the second story (if service elevator is not supplied). viii) Special handling costs for products that cannot be obtained by elevator (hoisting/stair carry).
- Unpacking material and debris will be regarded business property, and the firm maintains the right to collect unpacking items. If the client retains the unpacking material for local transferring, it will be charged at Rs. 75 per carton. Extra transport expenses for material pick up at a later date will be levied at a minimum of Rs.1500 within Pune city.
- The insurance does not cover losses or damages caused by government, customs, or official seizure. It also excludes loss or damage to the owner’s packed goods, as well as jewelry/cash, deeds, traveler’s checks, plants, gas cylinders, alcoholic drinks, contraband, and other forbidden things.
- Insurance does not cover inside damages unless there is proof of outward physical harm. On the day of delivery, any exterior damage must be documented on the packing inventory. This applies to all electrical equipment, including laptops and speakers. Electrical or mechanical malfunctioning coverage, except autos, is provided and may be added in writing for an additional 3% premium. Customers may employ our Wooden Crate Packing Services for an extra fee.
- The Company will not take responsibility for damage to Goods and/or Fixtures unless it is given a fair chance to assess the damage. Under all circumstances, written claims will be handled by the third-party insurance agent rather than the corporation.
- The Customer undertakes not to make any claim against any of the Company’s servants or agents who imposes or seeks to impose any responsibility in connection with the Services, and if such a claim is made, to indemnify the Company against any consequences.
- Prior to packaging or shipping, payment must be paid by check or credit card, plus any applicable card costs. Credit till the time of delivery is available as a special instance subject to certain criteria and limitations. If the payment is not cleared prior to delivery, the firm maintains the right to postpone delivery until the entire amount is paid.
- Work arising from this quote shall be completed in compliance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Unless otherwise stated, additional pick-ups and deliveries are not included. While all precautions are taken when packing, transportation risks must be covered. In the lack of insurance coverage, you are considered to have self-insured the products.
